Asset Manager- Retail

COMPANY AND ROLE

Our client is a leading global investment manager with a multibillion-pound portfolio in the UK. Within this portfolio are various retail led assets including shopping centre and high street retail which this role will focus on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sitting within the Retail Asset Management team the role responsibilities will include leasing, overseeing projects (refurbishments, reconfigurations and redevelopment), working on value-add strategies, and overseeing external property managers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates should be MRICS qualified, have experience in property management and either experience in or exposure to asset management. A strong technical understanding is key, as are strong negotiation and leasing skills.

Candidates can be from an agency leasing background, a property manager with strategic experience to business plan compilation and execution, or an existing asset manager.

REMUNERATION

A Salary range of £50,000- £70,000, dependant on the specific experience and skill set of the candidate, plus benefits and bonus.
