Hays Property & Surveying have been exclusively retained by a client-side estate who are looking to strengthen their in-house commercial property management team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking ambitious surveyor who is looking to progress their career within a client-side organisation.

Assets under management include commercial offices, retail, distribution, residential care homes and healthcare assets. This organisation are growing from strength to strength and looking to add additional high calibre professionals to the team.

Your new role

A brand new exclusive to Hays, career opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial estate who are looking to continue their expansion and strengthen their commercial property management department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the senior members of the team to optimise and improve the estate managing lease transactions, head lease events, business rates, transaction management, day to day property management and service charge management.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualified - Preferable

The successful candidate will hold extensive commercial property management experience along with the ability to advise on strategic asset management matters. Experience of managing a diverse and multi-tenanted portfolio, office, retail and healthcare experience would be preferable. This is a senior position within the team so people management & stakeholder reporting will also be required.
