Job Details
The Directors of an award-winning and professional Quantity Surveying practice, are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is best suited for someone who can produce both pre & post contract duties to a quality standard within the Residential and Commercial sectors.
The Company
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying practice who have over 50 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the Northwest.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the auntonmy to build stronger relationships, lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors and push towards Associate Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- A strong understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
- Client facing
- PQS experience is preferred
- MRICS, but not essential
- Eagerness to build relationships
- Experience running own projects
- An openess to various other sectors
