Capital Project Manager embedded within the Ministry of Justice

Your new company
You be embedded within the Ministry of Justice delivering Capital Works - these include new build prisons, refurbishments, alterations, extensions and the re-purposing of buildings. Whilst you'll be employed by a consultancy, your day to day role will be embedded into the client-side.

Your new role
As a Capital Project Manager you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of works, ranging from new build prisons through to minor extensions, refurbishments and alterations. You will act on behalf of the client to pull together a team of professional consultants required to progress projects through pre-construction phases, before continuing to take ownership of projects through construction and final handover.
