Rural Surveyor

The Company

Joshua Robert are working alongside one of the UK’s most successful and rapidly growing property consultancy’s in the recruitment of Rural Surveyor's from Graduate, right the way through to Partner level. Our client is expanding and have opened a successful new Rural department in the West Midlands. 

The Role

The role's provides a wide variations of work, including but not limited to:

• BPS, ELMS, Countryside Stewardship and other grant application 
• Rural planning and diversification 
• Assisting with Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) applications
• Agricultural tenancy matters
• Renewable energy developments
• Land and estate management
• Sales and letting of rural property
• Utility compensation claims
• Assisting with valuation work
• General professional advice for rural clients

The Person 

You will be a strong Graduate, or an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a proven track record of carrying out the above duties in a timely and diligent manner, you will be a self-starter and will ideally have a number of years’ experience operating within the sector. 

Our client are also looking for Associate Directors and Partners to join their business, therefore if you have a solid Rural or Residential background and want to take the next step up, then we want to hear from you.
