Interim Estates Surveyor - Disposals - Nottingham Local Authority

A Local Authority in Nottingham are looking to appoint an interim Estates Surveyor to start immediately. The role is full time ongoing until at least March 2022.
Your new role
The role is to proactively support the Council's corporate asset management plan objectives including providing professional property advice, supporting property related projects and conducting valuations. To ensure the day-to-day management of the Council's Property Trading Portfolios and support the delivery of creative property solutions that are commercially viable and robust.
This is a commercial disposals role, progressing cases from inception to completion, and also encompassing engagement in a structured review of the council's commercial portfolio including data analysis, options appraisal and the like. Sound valuation skills are needed. The candidate needs to be qualified.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a MRICS chartered Surveyor and will ideally have experience working within Local Authority and disposals.
What you'll get in return
You will be remunerated with a daily rate of £300-£350 and have ongoing work in a reputable local authority.
