I am recruiting for a Interim Disposals Surveyor on a 6 month contract, that is likely to be extended. 1-2 days a week in Nottingham.

Client Details

My client is a public sector organisation in the East Midlands, with a really interesting commercial portfolio.

Description

Fundamentally it is a disposals role, progressing cases from inception to completion, and also encompassing engagement in a structured review of the council's commercial portfolio including data analysis, options appraisal and the like. Sound valuation skills are needed.

It is about moving forwards key disposals on a range of property types and classes.

What will allow the Interim Disposals Surveyor to succeed:

- Someone who is a team player and can bring a positive energy to the team

- Great personal drive and task orientated

- Disposals experience

- Be able to get to the area near Nottinghamshire once or twice a week

- Be a glass half full and not half empty character.
