Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a successful property consultancy based in Bristol. The successful candidate will be joining a small building consultancy team which advises national clients such as pension funds, investors and private individuals. Beach Baker have recently placed the Associate Director who leads the team and is looking for an ambitious individual to be part of their continued growth in the region.
The business culture is very relaxed, and employee focused which makes this an attractive place to work and sets it apart from the majority in the sector. The owners are constantly thinking of exciting social and team building events to motivate their staff which in the past have included an all expenses paid company trip abroad. As a result, they have been nominated for may industry awards including 'best places to work in property'.
As part of this continued success, either a part-qualified candidate with a least 12-months APC experience or a surveyor approaching qualification is now required to help service the workload and help identify and exploit further areas of growth.
