Clientside Planning Manager [MRTPI - Town Planning]
Residential Property Developer, West Midlands
An excellent career opportunity for a Chartered Town Planner to work clientside for an ambitious and rapidly growing Residential Property Developer across the West Midlands.
In this role you will be an important player within the land and planning team to identify and acquire sites within the region for housebuilding activities. You will identify planning risks, and complete planning appraisals as well inform the team on planning strategies on sites that inform the bid process. You will also effectively project manage sites, utilising the professional consultants to manage schemes through the planning and application process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Town Planner who is ideally chartered MRTPI and has residential development, housebuilding sector experience to join a successful and rapid growing organisation.
