My client is a consultancy who has sub contracted a lease reading project for a charity to us as they go through a transformation programme. You will be one of two lease readers, who we would sub contract work to. Very agile program and fundamentally protects you from HMRC, as this is a clear project outside of IR35.
The lease reader needs to be able to do 5 leases a day and needs to be able to take a lease and produce a pro forma that is succinct and accurate. Also, we need you to outline the key opportunities that exist in that lease for the landlord, the charity.
The leases are across a full range of property type and classes.
Entirely remotely based role.
I need surveyors who are ideally chartered, although experience is as important to myself and the consultancy we are doing work for.
I need a very skilled L&T surveyor, who is disciplined and can work remotely with no supervision. Someone who can work as part of a team. Although you are a subcontractor I need a contractor who can bring some positive energy to this program.
6 month project. Outside IR35, set up in milestones. For every 50 leases payment will be released to your limited company + VAT. Remotely based and is all about the output. As long as you can meet the clients demands and attend some core hour meetings, you can work however and whenever you want.
