Deputy Package Manager

The Opportunity

Joshua Robert Recruitment are working with a prestigious, renowned consultancy who are working on projects both within the UK and internationally. Due to a surge in recruitment, they now have a requirement for a Deputy Package Manager for the coordination of the design input and delivery management on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. This project you will be working on will be in the London area. This is a chance to work with company who are able to offer many diverse opportunities and see their employees as assets to them.

 

The Role

This organisation are working on some of the largest scale infrastructure projects in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in these projects and provide your project management experience in infrastructure to the forefront of the design team you will be working in. You will be managing the deliverable's from a multidisciplinary team, compromising Civil, Geo-technical, Highway, Drainage, Route Civil, Architectural, and landscaping engineers and managing the technical design interfaces with other external parties. If you are a proactive and collaborative individual wanting to put your knowledge and expertise of infrastructure market regulation to great use this role is perfect for you.

 

The Person

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working with large design and infrastructure projects and knowledge of heavy civil engineering structures, UK rail projects and multi-disciplinary design. You will, as a minimum, have a good first degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant subject and be working towards ChPP/CEng qualification or similar. You will be firm whilst you maintain good working relationships with all parties you are working with.
