Interim Asset and Regeneration Surveyor

Park Avenue are currently working with one of our long-standing clients in the Home Counties, who are looking for an Interim Asset and Regeneration Surveyor to join their property team on an initial 3 month rolling contract.

The Job

As an Interim Senior Estates and Regeneration Surveyor, you will be working in the council's property team, being responsible for the council's commercial property portfolio undertaking all general practice and estate management responsibilities on a daily basis as well as specialist Town Centre Regeneration schemes.

Key Experience Required:

• To be a hardworking and punctual individual and be able to efficiently work in the Estates Team.
• Previous experience in Estate Surveying, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, Valuations and Town centre regeneration schemes preferably within a Local Authority setting.
• Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline and must be MRICS qualified.

Contract

The position will be for an initial 3 month rolling contract and will pay between £350-£450 per day (Inside IR35) depending on experience.
