Your new company
This organisation has a portfolio of commercial properties across Yorkshire, which includes offices, industrial units, manufacturing and some retail. They are looking for an experienced construction and property Project Manager to help the team deliver their pipeline of work.

Your new role
You will be managing large scale projects such as refurbishment, reconfiguration and construction across the existing portfolio. You will scope out the project with the inhouse Building Surveyor, tender contractors, oversee budgets and timescales as well as conducting site visits. There will be no direct line management but you may be needed to support other members of the team with your technical expertise. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, keeping them updated and presenting regular reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced construction and property Project Manager who has worked with a variety of commercial property. You will have completed a Construction or Project Management degree with RICS or CIOB membership. You will have excellent knowledge of the contracts, IT systems, CDM and communication skills. You will be managing your own workload and stakeholders.
