Our multi-disciplined team provide a number of property services to our clients, undertaking projects of varying size and complexity, resulting in innovative, sustainable and commercially viable delivery. 

As we continue to develop our project and client portfolio, we are currently looking to recruit an Associate Director of Project Management and Quantity Surveying into the team in Norwich. In this role, you will oversee the project delivery of a multi-faceted team, leading the Quantity Surveying service and also a key Client contact regarding construction contract, framework and cost items at a strategic level. Taking responsibility for managing and developing individuals as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing and new clients.

In this role, you will lead on the delivery of a number of construction projects with our clients, as well as supporting larger collaborative pieces of work within the Group. You will offer your expertise through mentorship and support and colleagues, as well as providing solution driven advice to clients and senior stakeholders. Providing inspirational leadership, management and direction in a manner consistent with the Group’s values.

Our Successful Candidate:

It is expected that you are able to bring a blend of industry knowledge, commercial experience and sector exposure to the role. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Knowledge of a range of construction contract procedures and financial regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline and/or can demonstrate significant relevant experience
  • Leadership / Management experience
  • Demonstrable success in securing new business opportunities
