Your will work for a Housing Association that owns & manages over 40,000 homes in the South West of England with a focus on expanding and building 3000 homes within the next 2 years..

Your new role
Your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will see you leading a team of 7-8 regional Building Surveyors, delivering the full spectrum of contractual quantity surveying services to ensure contractor works are managed and audited. You will play a key part in providing support to operational teams as well as supporting the company's ethos of progression by promoting and developing Graduates and Assistant Quantity Surveyors. You will monitor and interrogate costs in accordance with business budgets at all levels reporting to a Regional Operations Manager.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will require strong client facing skills, be an excellent team player, with the entrepreneurial ability to operate and excel in a changing on-site environment. MCIOB or RICS is favourable but not necessary depending on experience.
