Graduate Commercial Management Surveyor | Permanent Opportunity | Norwich | Salary up to £30,000

We are delighted to be working with a well reputed and long established multi-disciplined practice based in Norwich and working across in East Anglia. They have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Commercial Management and Valuation Surveyor to join their team and progress their career in an incredibly supportive environment.

Your new role
As the new Graduate Commercial Surveyor, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment within the commercial division looking after existing clients and new enquiries, generated by your colleagues from within the firm. You will be building knowledge and experience of the commercial property world in East Anglia and receiving excellent support as you work towards your APC. As a Commercial Property Manager your day-to-day duties will include maintaining good landlord and tenant relationships, assisting in the preparation of Red book valuations, inspecting properties in accordance with RICS Code of Measuring Practice, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals on managed properties and providing a range of other services to your Landlords and Tenants.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will be positive, have a strong 'work hard, play hard' ethic, an eye for an opportunity, you will be collaborative with your colleagues and good communications skills to assist with your networking. Ideally you will have excellent analytical and numerical skills with effective written communication and report-writing ability, a creative and innovative approach with an aptitude for problem solving and a sense of ethical responsibility. Some relevant work experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
