The position would suit a surveyor who enjoys client facing responsibilities and a mix of project and professional work.The business provides building surveying and project management services from their offices near London Blackfriars. They are well established and have an impressive client base, which includes names such as The Guardian, Porsche, Aberdeen Standard Investments & CLS Holdings to name a few.This building surveying team is a handful strong, offering full building surveying consultancy services including acquisition, contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence, schedules of condition and building surveys. For investment or occupational purposes, they cover a wide range of property including retail, industrial, leisure, hotels and residential to name a few.The role requires you to deliver traditional building surveying, with an emphasis on commercial surveying services and a roundness in experience through professional and project work. You will inherit several key accounts and be expected to nurture and maintain these relationships providing a best-in-class service.To be successful for this role you must be chartered MRICS up to 5 years PQE. You will come from a consultancy or private practice, with rounded experience in project and professional services. You will be personable, able to work well within a team and are passionate about your career and developing.In return you will be provided with a salary up to £65,000.
