Experienced Contracts Manager required to join a reputable housing association based in the Plymouth region

As a construction contracts expert you will join one of the leading providers of affordable and social housing based in the wider Plymouth region. As supportive and passionate employer, who are responsible for the maintenance, improvement and development of housing.
Your new role
Your role will involve assisting with the delivery of a wide range of planned construction contracts across social housing stock - these contracts including replacement of roofing, doors, windows, kitchen and bathrooms, but could also include energy efficiency projects and larger cladding and facade works. You will work closely with the contractors and professional teams to ensure works are completed to the required standard, scrutinising contracts to ensure key performance indicators and measures have been met, troubleshooting issues as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have an excellent understanding of various methods of construction and contract types, ideally within the housing sector.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive an initial contract with duration of up to 3 months, however this could extend beyond this point. You'll receive a flexible and negotiable hourly rate of pay dependent on your background, qualifications and experience.
