Company Headcount: 10 - 20 Requirements of the Building Surveyor: MRICS qualified or near to qualificationStrong Project and Professional Building Surveying with a passion for party wall and dilapidation workAbility to use AutoCAD software Role of the Building Surveyor: Undertake party wall issues, dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration and preparation of specificationsWorking with external architects with the preparation of specifications and drawings Construction design and detailing, building Regulation and planning applications, project management, feasibility reports Previous experience of conversion work and commercial refurbishment projects Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Pension, discretionary bonus scheme and professional subscriptions paid.
