Project Manager

Temporary contract till end of December 2021 with potential extension for a project manager in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a public sector organisation with a range of properties, including schools, heritage buildings and residential properties. They work on both minor and major schemes, new built and refurbishment projects.
This role is specifically looking after housing delivery and development in Manchester.

Your new role
In this role you will be developing, managing and successfully delivering housing development in Manchester. You will make sure the development gets delivered on time, within budget and to correct standards. You will liaise with clients, external designers and manage sub contractors on site. Essentially delivering 500 zero-carbon ready homes per year.

What you'll need to succeed
If you have previous experience delivering housing developments, be it with a house builder, housing association or local authority, then this is the role for you.
You will need to have previous experience project managing ideally with a Prince 2 project management qualification or equivalent.
