We are excited to be representing a leading consultancy in Birmingham. They are currently investing heavily in the business, and as such there is now an opportunity for a motivated Surveyor to join the team.

This opportunity would be perfect for an experienced Surveyor within Valuations (with the opportunity for L&T work too, if desired). This would suit someone who wants to work in an autonomous environment, but with the backing a strong leadership team and a well-known brand behind them.
There is a clear route to Partner and equity share on offer as you progress with the business.
The role will involve Secured Lending Valuations, Landlord & Tenant Negotiations, Valuations and Office / Industrial acquisitions and disposals on a local, regional and national level for a varied range of clients from private individuals to national and international corporate companies.
The Surveyor will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quotes, manage their work to meet deadlines and work as part of a team. There is a very strong workstream of Valuation work, however this is a great opportunity to grow this side of the business and build a team around you
The successful individual will ideally be a RICS qualified Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. You will be a pro-active and hard-working Commercial Property professional with a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Experience of office valuation, retail, industrial property, commercial and residential development land and advising and negotiating on business rates assessments would be highly desirable, along with membership to the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
