Capital Project Officer (H&S) - South West

Estates Project Officer required to assist with delivery of healthcare projects - Long term freelance role

Your new company
As an experienced estates professional you will join a leading provider of healthcare based in the South West. You will become involved in the delivery of a wide range of major capital works, working in partnership with capital project officers and a wider professional team.

Your new role
You will have a primary focus on overseeing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) in your role, this will require working closely with building contractors and a the wider project team to ensure these are accurate, fit for purpose, and being adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this post you will need to demonstrate experience in the delivery of construction projects alongside overseeing a wide range of CDM, RAMS and general construction health & safety requirements.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an initial contract of up to 6 months in duration, however this is highly likely to extend beyond this date. Further to this you'll receive either an hourly or daily rate of pay, which is flexible dependent on experience and qualifications.
