Leading international property consultant is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Manchester to manage a mix of private and public sector building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, refurbishments and maintenance works from feasibility through to design, contract administration to handover and post completion reviews.
