Senior Development Manager - Client Side - Permanent - Birmingham - £65-70k + £6k Car Allowance

Your new company
You will be working client side for a national brand to carry out a senior development manager role from their Birmingham office on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting into the director, you will be working client side on the management of systems and process, to develop and deliver minor works for the UK division. Managing feasibility, project delivery and building control, you will need the knowledge to support JCT contracts. Experience in technical specification writing and a detailed understanding of legal and statutory compliance will be vital. You will need a background with both tenant and landlord. You will also appoint your team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be RICS accredited degree educated and have previous experience working on major projects, 5-7 years' experience, and be a full RICS member.
