We are looking for our new Master of Works, someone who thrives delivering a portfolio of exciting new developments as well as well-structured and planned maintenance and refurbishment projects for all our College properties.  Our property portfolio includes Grade I and II listed buildings as well as more modern developments, and investment properties so understanding planning and building regulatory requirements is a must.

We are looking for someone who can show substantial experience of managing building projects and maintenance programmes, with recognised professional qualifications.  In return, we offer a generous pension scheme, 30 days’ annual leave plus public holidays or time in lieu of holidays worked, free lunch for each day at work and a discounted travel to work scheme.
