Valuation Surveyor - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a modern Midlands based consultancy who, after seeing considerable growth, are looking to hire a Valuation surveyor at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. You will be joining a highly experienced valuation team, reporting to the Valuation team’s Directors. This team predominately carry out secured lending valuations on behalf of high-street banks and lenders. The types of properties valued include Office, Retail, Industrial, and Residential block valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide valuation advice to a range of clients for secured lending, and other purposes
• Complete and submit Red book valuation reports
• Network, build, and grow new and existing client relationships

Key skills and Experience

• MRICS Qualified (2 years PQE beneficial)
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Commercial and/or Residential Valuation experience
• Excellent time management skills
