Want to know more about your part in all this? 

You’ll oversee the Repairs and Maintenance service to a varied property portfolio which will include houses, churches, social centres, and charity shops, so you won’t be short of variety! You’ll take responsibility for a small team of three Maintenance Surveyors, acting as key client manager for the Property Services team. You’ll be hot on Statutory Compliance and have a track record in managing planned maintenance programmes.

You won't be cooped up in your office (or spare room ) all week. You’ll also be out and about meeting stakeholders, visiting sites and keeping your hand in the game with the odd survey when required.

Your patch will cover Liverpool, Manchester, Crew and Blackburn. If you live in one of these places you’ll be able to make it work.

And as if working for a charity wasn’t rewarding enough… as the role will involve travel, you will be given a fully expensed car, so you yours can stay with family or keep nice and clean on the drive.
