We are seeking to appoint an Estates Director with specific responsibility for the development, condition and smooth operation of the school estate, the management of contracts and the line management of the Estates, Grounds and Maintenance teams. This is a key support staff appointment, central to the smooth running of the school, and the post holder will work closely with the Bursar and Deputy Bursar.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines. They will have experience in the management of major infrastructure projects and substantial experience of leading and managing a large and complex estate. Proven administrative and financial abilities, including experience of compiling and monitoring budgets, are essential. A relevant qualification in building surveying or a related area is desirable.

Further details can be found on the school's website via the apply button.
