The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines. They will have experience in the management of major infrastructure projects and substantial experience of leading and managing a large and complex estate. Proven administrative and financial abilities, including experience of compiling and monitoring budgets, are essential. A relevant qualification in building surveying or a related area is desirable.
