CRE Director - South East (flexible location)

£70,000 - £80,000 DOE + benefits

(Location can be London, Home Counties or Home based to suit the right candidate)

We are working with a National company with a network of offices across the UK including one in Central London. They are a multi-disciplinary surveying practice with a service offering that includes Valuation, Agency, Investment, Development, Rating, L&T and Property/Asset Management.

Sitting closely with the Portfolio Management team they have a function that provides 360 degree property advice to corporate clients. The team advises clients with large portfolios nationwide, and they have a diverse client list that includes large recruitment companies, tool/trade companies, other large blue chips and some HNWI's with a variety of property advice needs. 

They carry out rent reviews, lease renewals, give advice on re-gears and surrenders, acquisitions, disposals, dilapidations and also manage their clients' needs through the internal cross selling of other service lines including planning and agency teams

We are searching for a Director to come into this team to help drive forward the CRE business. You will have at least 10 years experience and either be an established Director or an aspiring AD who is ready to make the next move up. We would also be interested in hearing from sole practitioners that might be interested in housing their clients under the umbrella of a larger firm where there is existing PI in place and a support team to help service clients.
