I am partnered with a driven medium practice of Chartered Surveyors, who are looking to add an motivated Senior Building Surveyor to their growing practice.

The successful Building Surveyor will undertake project work in various sectors including retail commercial and industrial. The ideal Building Surveyor will have commercial experiance as well as be technically strong, with experience conducting delapidations, acting as expert witness and party wall matters.

This role provides for an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work in a small and motivated team, be exposed to a variety of sectors and help support more junior members of staff and future growth. For this reason, my client is looking for someone ideally with 4 years + consultancy experiance.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

• BSc/MSc Building surveying
• 4+ year Building Surveying experience
• MRICS desirable
• Confident engaging with clients
• Buisness generation

In Return, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £45,000- £55,000
