Senior Facilities Manager or Experienced Building Manager - West End Grade II listed refurbishment
We are proudly collaborating with a global, award winning property business and FM service provider, seeking to hire a Senior Facilities Manager or General Manager for a recently refurbished, high-end, grade II listed property in the west end of London, which since granted its change of use, now has over 150,000 sq ft of available office space.
Your role will see you acting as the linchpin on site, reporting into the Regional Facilities Manager, working closely with both the client and tenants. You will be responsible for the general management of the building, ensuring the delivery of agreed facilities related targets on behalf of the client and ensuring the safe running of the site throughout mobilisation and occupancy.
The successful applicant will have at least 4 years’ worth of experience in a similar position, ideally holding either IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications. Service charge experience is essential. Due to the nature of the property and role, we are looking for applicants ideally with refurbishment and/ or historic building experience.
