Commercial Property Manager - Opportunity to transition into Asset Management!

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded asset manager in London as we look to hire an ambitious commercial property manager with the appetite to combine property management with asset management.

We are looking for someone either recently qualified at Surveyor level, up to Senior Surveyor and the salary on offer will depend on your level of experience.

The post will be based from their modern office in Central London.

As the successful applicant, you will be given both autonomy and support in an environment which offers unrivalled client exposure and an introduction to asset management in a safe and supportive space.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a senior asset manager, responsible for managing a property portfolio made up of a variety of commercial assets, spread across London and the South East.

We are looking for applicants who hold experience in commercial property management having been responsible for service charge management. You must have a good understanding of commercial leases and have a keen interest in fulfilling a lucrative career in asset management, working for a very active, well funded and forward thinking investment firm.

Please note, you will need to have access to a vehicle but will be able to claim back mileage costs.
