Job Details
Our Client: Chartered surveying practice. Headcount: 50 - 100 Projects: Education, local authority, residential, commercial and retail The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor: Undertake site surveys and reporting (Schedules of Condition, Defect Diagnosis, etc.), condition survey reports for planned maintenance and asset expenditure planning Preparing tender documents for refurbishment and alteration works. Preparing specifications and schedules and feasibility estimates Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent duties Fire Risk Assessments and related building surveying advice for mainly residential blocks and educational buildings. Requirements of the Building Surveyor: Ideally 3 - 5 years' experience MRICS or working towards your final assessmentExperience of working on a broad range of projectsMust have previous experience of working for a consultancy Benefits: 25 days annual leave, company pension plan, discretionary bonus along with excellent career progression.
