MRICS Building Surveyor role in Essex

Your new role
As the Chartered Building Surveyor you will be involved with a broad range of projects from minor refurbishment through to multi-million pound new build schemes. You will work with a mixture of property including residential, commercial, office, ecclesiastical, heritage and listed buildings. You will be supported by 2 APC level Building Surveyors and will take on mentor responsibilities as required. This is an excellent opportunity offering a wide variety of work and excellent career progression including options to progress to Associate within the next two years.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be an MRICS Building Surveyor. A broad range of building surveying skills will be an advantage. A full driving licence is required.
