Client side Asset Manager opportunity with a private developer

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a private developer based in central Essex with an excellent reputation within the commercial development market. You will be joining a family-owned and managed organisation working alongside an experienced and senior team of multi-disciplinary professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading organisation whose portfolio is focused within Essex.

Your new role
As the Asset Manager you will be responsible for both Asset Management and Property Management duties with predominantly retail and commercial portfolios. You will be involved in a variety of duties including landlord and tenant including lease re-gears, portfolio valuations, acquisitions, disposals, appraisals and service charges. You will work with a variety of clients including blue chip organisations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced Asset Manager, ideally having worked with retail and industrial developments. Chartered status is preferred, although not essential.
