Your new role
You will work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Nottingham, and lead your own projects. They operate in a range of sectors including commercial, residential, retail and higher education. You will work with contract administration, bids and tenders, and some project management work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor working towards your APC, and have experience in a construction consultancy. You will be keen to work for a small practice, that offers progression and great rewards for your hard work.
