Our client is a highly regarded, independent firm of property professionals, who are known just as well for their industry knowledge as they are for being one of the warmest, most welcoming property advisory organisations in the UK. Impressively, as they have grown they've managed to preserve a remarkably culture that truly nurtures it's employees and yet they remain highly competitive and are rapidly expanding.

In addition to their property advisory and building consultancy teams, they have a strong project management department that delivers various projects for their investor clients. These vary from lifecycle and capex projects through to large refurbishments and in some cases new builds. Projects typically are commercial but also include mixed use, residential and retail.

Due to an influx of opportunities, they are now seeking a Senior Project Manager who will help clients achieve positive outcomes on projects from conception to completion. In addition to managing project delivery, you will provide strategic advice to clients, providing feasibility of projects, design and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have previous construction consultancy experience, with experience of commercial projects. You'll be client focussed, with a consultative approach and excellent communication, commercial and planning skills.
