Duties
- Prepare feasibility studies
- Prepare measured cost plans
- Measuring bills of quantities
- Preparing schedules of work
- Analysing tenders and reporting thereon
- Preparation of contract documents
- Undertaking post contract services including valuations, cost reports and final accounts
- Project management
- Bank monitoring
- Insurance valuations
- Development appraisals
- Health and safety project coordination
You
- MRICS qualified in a Quantity Surveying discipline
- Suitable experience of projects in varied sectors
- Experience in cost procurement delivery
- Experience of working in both the public and private sector
Our client, a very reputable and multi-discipline cost consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join them in Jersey.
This is a very hands-on position, so you must be driven, adaptable and extremely personable in order to succeed in this fantastic role!
