A large scale logistics company require immediate support from an interim estates surveyor to join their busy property team. With sites across the country and an industry that is booming due to the change in how people shop over the last few years this position will prove vital support a busy team

Your new role
Your new role is a 3 month contract (possibility of extension) working as an estates surveyor for this large scale logistics company. Within the role you will be focusing on acquisitions of delivery units and B8 warehouses. The role will require national travel with a hybrid working policy requiring 1 day in the office a week.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be MRCIS and ideally have previous experience working within the logistics sector would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
