Hoople are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide both commercial and estimating functions as part of the development and delivery of capital schemes and revenue services within the Public Realm and Highways.
Using your relevant experience you will build and develop the QS role in this expanding service area. We have an exciting pipeline of diverse projects within our capital programme, and the role provides the opportunity to work within the design and delivery of wider public realm services. You will have the opportunity to work within an innovative partnering environment and to help to design the commercial function.
You will provide annual budget forecasts and monitor spend to date, reporting monthly.
