Estates Manager

Your new company
Our client, a public sector client with a base in the Glasgow region, have engaged us at Hays Construction & Property Glasgow, to identify and appoint an Estates Manager to coordinate and deliver their Estates strategy.

Your new role
Working with, and leading, a friendly & motivated Estates Team, this opportunity provides a fantastic opportunity to help deliver a first class service that thrives in the years to come - working with key stakeholders who share this ambition. You will have a focus on the acquisition of new land for development, alongside the disposal of operation property no longer required or in use.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivery in a comparable role (either within the public sector or external) & be comfortable in leading an estates team towards the organisations strategic goals. You will also ideally be MRICS or FRICS.
