This opportunity has arisen within the organisation’s Property function which provides a broad range of property support through a team of chartered property surveyors.
Property Surveyor (Primary Care) Cardiff based
£40,057 to £45,839 pa
We are looking for a general practice Chartered Surveyor to provide property support and advice on the primary care estate to Health Boards in Wales.
You will advise Health Boards on the reimbursement of rent to GP practices, assist in the improvement of GP premises, support the development of new primary care schemes and provide advice on wider property management issues relating to the primary care estate.
To fulfil this role you will be a Chartered Surveyor with detailed knowledge and experience of valuations, rent reviews, property development processes, land transactions and lease management.
A full-time appointment is preferrable but part-time working may be possible. We are currently working from home due to the pandemic but it is anticipated that in future a hybrid agile model of working will be adopted.
