Job Details

Our client is an expanding, independently owned firm of chartered surveyors specialising in private surveys and valuations across the UK.

They operate on a low volume basis, giving surveyors the flexibility and freedom to book and manage their own diary without compromising on quality of work and earning potential.

As a result of sustained demand for their services, they are now seeking RICS qualified surveyors (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS) in the following KEY locations across the UK:

  • Bristol
  • Gloucestershire
  • Cambridgeshire
  • Northamptonshire
  • West Midlands
  • Yorkshire
  • Herefordshire

HAPPY TO CONSIDER SURVEYORS IN ANY LOCATION NOT LISTED

The successful surveyor will be required to undertake Private Valuations, RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys across their chosen patch and possess in depth local knowledge using a mix of the latest surveying technology (iPad reporting software) and bespoke reports.

Remuneration will include a basic salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) with bonuses, car & mileage allowance.
