Job title: Senior Building Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: Kent

An award winning building consultancy in Kent is looking to grow it's project surveying team with the additional of a Senior Building Surveyor. My client is located in the South East, they undertake schemes across Kent and the surrounding Home Counties. The organisation prides themselves in delivering high levels of service and accurate advice.

The building surveying department is made up of over 20 professionals from graduate to Partner level. Friendly, close-knit and sociable are words which describe the team, due to an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen.

We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor who has proven project experience, you will lead several schemes through from inception to completion. The role is to support the Partner with multiple programmes and stakeholder management. Work is varied as the division operates across the public housing, education and commercial sectors.
