Your new company
You will work for a Nottingham based Facilities Management services company, who work with a wealth of properties including offices, retail, commercial and industrial. They have been operating for over 20 years and work with some of the most popular buildings in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will work as a Building Manager for a large multi storey building in Nottinghamshire. You will be based in this building across a 8am-12pm shift, ensuring all maintenance and facilities are running correctly for all the tenants. The afternoon will consist of driving to different sites, and resolving any issues that they may have, this will be worked on a call out basis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a trades background, as well as being client facing with a number of companies within the assigned building, and across the city. You will be keen to offer good customer service, and be proactive with your actions, when there are problems. You will be have a full driving licence.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of £20000 - £25000 as well as mileage or a van if you do not have your own. You will work for a leading business that rewards its staff, and allows for development.
