Senior Surveyor - Development Agency

Your new role
You will be joining the Development Agency team as a Senior Surveyor reporting directly to the Partner. You will be responsible for delivering fee income, consultancy advice and financial appraisals of development land and property across the UK.

Under the supervision of the Partners, you will undertake the sale and acquisition of development land and property within London and the South East of England, help manage strategic land disposals and contribute to the preparation of evidence gathering in expert witness cases as required.

The role will also incorporate elements business development through managing existing clients relationships at a senior level on a day to day basis, and identifying new business opportunities outside your own discipline and pass on. You'll have the independence to be managing small instructions or subsections of major projects, with the support of the Partners on unusual issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Educated to degree level
• MRICS Qualified
• Strong experience within property development
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £45,000 and £50,000 + car + bonus.
