Beach Baker have been instructed by a leading property consultancy to find a commercial negotiator to further strengthen the Agency team.

We require a candidate who is comfortable in a transactional environment and has a minimum of 12 months property experience, perhaps working in high end residential, or commercial agency. A property degree would be advantageous and local knowledge would be useful but not essential; you will be required to be a quick learner to get up to speed with the market. You will be working on a variety of instructions both leasehold and freehold and concentrating on sales of mainly retail, hotel and leisure properties, for a mixture of private and corporate clients. The majority of the work will involve valuing and selling these businesses with attached properties throughout the South West and South Wales region.

You will need to take a determined and adaptable approach to succeed in this competitive sector and marketplace and at times be expected to generate extra business wherever possible. Due to increased instructions this role has become available and we are keen to find a suitable candidate ASAP. You will present well and communicate your ideas and opinions in a clear and concise manner.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and will include benefits and bonus.
