Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor – London

Residential Sector

£80000 - £100000

Independent consultancy delivering first class cost and project management consultancy services within the property sector across the residential, education and arts and culture sectors predominantly is seeking to appoint an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Director in charge of their residential business.

You will work closely with a range of private clients within the residential sector as well as the BTR sector on schemes from £10m to £120m typically.

This is not just about delivery though as you will lead bids, network, run your own P&L etc with a view to helping expand the residential sector business and in turn move up to Director.
