Building Surveyor

Our Client: An Award winning multi discipline consultancy with offices throughout the South East.

Projects: Commercial, Industrial, Telecoms, Education, Retail, Finance and Defence.

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reportsPreparing specifications and documents to enable projects to be tenderedAttending project progress meetings and site.Work closely with clients, managing expectations and communicating progress.Assist with planning applications and show a thorough understanding of building regulations.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Relevant Building Surveying degree which is RICS accredited.Experience working as a Building Surveyor.Working towards APC or Chartered.Experience working within a professional surveying team (desirable).A track record of time management and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
