Strategic Lead - Regeneration

Working exclusively alongside a busy NW based client who are on the lookout for a Strategic Regeneration Lead to join the council for an initial 12 month period to lead on a entertainment and leisure re-purpose project from RIBA stage 1 to completion. 

The selected candidate will Project Manage the process, which will primarily include acting as the client interface between the council and the consultants/contractors appointed for the project. Stakeholder Engagement will also be an important feature of the role so experience in managing a variety of stakeholders in within a town centre setting is vital for this role.
 

The client is looking for someone to start in December/January for an initial 12 month period. Rate is negotiable for the right candidate but in the region of 550-700 a day. The role will be primarily remote working but site presence would be required once every week.
